I can remember opening Neo Destiny boxes and only getting 8 holos a box, so nothing new.

So Brian, you and me are probably one of the few having a RH set of Dragon complete.

sorry if this has been said, but i guess its down to the numbers again. each box i opened had 6 holos and 6 ex's. there are only 9 ex's in the set, but 15 holos!! the distribution should have been 8 holos and 4 ex's in a box to be fair, but who said life is fair?

ditribution of rev holos is poor as well. sandstorm boxes we were amazed to have about 4 sets from about 18 boxes of boosters. this time only 3 full sets from 30 boxes of boosters. not fair!! boo hoo hoo

Well I'd like to see a return to the foils being duplicated as rares like Wotc used to do. The EX's can stay special.

    1) by increasing the number of rares we return to rares being more valuable than uncommons.

    2) By duplicating the normal holos as rares players will actually have the cards to play!. I've completed the Nintendo rares in groups of four several times over, but have yet to complete the Nintendo Holo sets even once!

    3) The current system is discouraging and picking up criticism. This will turn off players from buying multiple displays as it dawns on us that we just can't build decks this way without spending a fortune. I would have though that the last thing PUI want to do is discourage multiple purchases, but this is what the current collation does.

ABSOLUTELY, NoPoke! I LOVED it when WOTC duplicated Holo rares as non-holo rares in many of their sets. For example, if Nintendo had done that with their three sets, rares would be rarer than uncommons.

I'd like to see a raise-of-hands for those who wouldn't think twice about trading a Nintendo rare for a Nintendo uncommon. Heck man, I'd trade 2 rares for some decent uncommons!

    1. If you have no TV Reporter RH, did you get your cards all from pre-releases or from the general release?

Very true. I got loaded up on sandstorm as well, and found as many RH's of Steelix and Golduck than ANY OTHER CARD!!! What's worst of all is that they're rare. However, I'm not complaining really. Just kinda weird that rares are STILL easier to get than uncommons =/

Perhaps the reason you got a lot of them was because they fixed the problem for the unlimited release of Dragon. It seems that people who got the 1st edition (early editions, whatever) versions of Dragon did not get as many RHs of them. That is probably why you got a like of them.
