OKLA Fall 2012 Events - IMPORTANT INFO UPDATE

Where – Alien Games – NEW ADDRESS 400 Riverwalk Terrace, Suite 160, Jenks
When – Saturday, September 1st – Registration begins at Noon.

Where - Wizards Asylum - 6105 Mingo, Tulsa, OK
When - Sunday, September 2nd - Registration begins at 11:00am

Where - Ada Boys & Girls Club, Ada, OK
When - Saturday, September 8th - Registration begins at 10am.

Where – Game Headquarters – 1620 SW 89th Street, OKC, OK 73159
When – September 15th – Registration begins at 11am.

There will be a 1 hour registration time limit at these events. It's during that 1 hour you will have to fill out and turn in a legible decklist and have it checked by staff. Remember we will be in a new year of Pokemon, so that includes the cards, age groups and any changes made from Play Pokemon.

I've added ADA, (for Dr. D.) and the Tulsa event to the above.

In case you have not heard, these events will be swiss rounds only with no top cut. So everyone gets to play all the rounds.

With what happened with Alien, what will happen to the Battle Road that was supposed to be held there?

As soon as I have official word from Tom or Karen, I'll update the situation with Alien Games.

The event going on at Alien Games has moved. Due to the fire, they have a new location and will continue as before.
The new address is 400 Riverwalk Terrace, Suite 160, Jenks.

You can check alien games' facebook page to get a map of how to go to the new location as well.
