Strategy:
Use Furrets Linoones and Omanytes to get set up quickly and to recover as well.
Spin away with Steelix until you have damage distributed widely. Rage as necessary. Use the Oran Berrys to keep the tank going.
Then, deliver the coups de grace with Omastar's Pull Down. This devolves ALL of your opponent's evolved Pokémon, and should net you multiple prizes!
