Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Ontario Provincial Championships Info

I still think I have a pretty good chance but, so does Kant. I think we both will make top 8 and there will be some epic battles. I am just excited:)

Ok, did I say that???no but, I am confident in myself and my playing skills. It isn't like I haven't beat Kant or another top-notch player before. I do have some great pokemon tcg accomplishments and so does Kant but, that doesn't mean anybody has a clear shot for winning over anyone else. Ok, does that solve anything???

I heard that Kant backed down from a tournament, Mississauga it was. I don't know Ontario but that's what it said on "who Won what cities"...

Anyways i don't support anyone who scared to battle just because he lost 2 or 3 matches

that's just weak...

Zach hopes his words don't slow him down too much and I hear Kant is having a hard time finding his four leaf clover.
I would say it is an open field this year as much as this level could be. Yeah we have 1 maybe 2 guys with a slight edge if more than 1 years averages are accounted for but this one will be competitive for sure.

Is their not a better reason to do the warm up?

"that's just weak..."
I don't think it fair to say Kant is weak, especially if you haven't played him. Blame POP for the rating system.... I did the same to protect my daughters rating. I think Mississauga was the tourney we skipped as well.

Curtis, you went to Missisauga (you didn't go to Oakville). Kant is an especially strong player who could easily breeze through swiss and maybe even the finals (don't say that he is weak if he wants to protect his ranking, that is called using the points system to your advantage). I second what Curtis is saying because Kant has terrible luck (for the most part) and I hope to see him get some luck back (but not to the point that he will play a deck like Mario that is even a deck:lol:). To everyone who thinks someone will win, lets wait and see until after the tourny (I will post my report the night of).

I wonder if Grass will finally make a show... it seems very good this time around doing strong attack with half its cost. I wouldn't mine seeing a good sceptile/venusaur combo too bad Typhol/Magmortar's big...

i've had too much bad luck with fire decks during the cities...

Grass will definately make a comeback only to get punched in the face by a dumb volcano clow  (or a Gallade ). All jokes aside, Grass might make a comeback.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Anyways, is this a tidbit/hint of what you are going to play????

HA with all this luck that i got with Metagross EX and Meganium, i think i'm gonna stay clear from ANYTHING weak to fire OR fighting... man i hate that gallade... i don't think there's a strong enough water pokemon to stand up to magmortar. I haven't really read the spoilers so i don't know yet except that big fat wall wailord but even then magmortar is still faster than that thing.

Ummm... see Swampert GE (I think it may do well with Gardy/Gallade). I think it would be a beast that would be very annoying. Wailord is garbage because of Sonic Blade on Gallade (150 damage for 2 energy is ). I know what my brother is playing but, I don't plan to play my Power-ADE deck anymore as I don't see it doing as well as it did before but, what ticks me off the most is...I suck at home battles with it. I feel like a total moron when I play at home because I am like 3-50 against my dad (mirror) and 6-30 against my brother (mirror) but, I consistantly do well with it a City Championships. Yeah, I am pathetic aren't I  jk. Anyways, I am probably going to make some MEGA-ROGUE deck that will sweep all (probably with cards that people forgot about) decks and...well, that is only a dream hahahaha. Geneses, are you going to Pre-Provincials???

I have a feeling we better get some extra prize support at this rate! I've been getting quite a lot of interest this time around. Too bad I can't sanction it as a premier event!

He never backs down from anyone. He hasn't had time or a ride to a few events. You guys will see at Provincials who the real MVP of Ontario is.

MEGA ROGUE with cards that people forgot about.... you're starting to sound like me... playing a rogue deck with cards every one forgot about.. i don't think i've ever played a archetype or variation of a net deck before in a tournament.
anyways =P i think i already know what you're running if i'm not mistaken that's a very strong deck i should say, it'd be a total shame if one card in the new set can almost disable you or am i just bluffing

Geneses, are you going to Pre-Provincials???

Eh we'll see that's about the end of my reading week so i think i'll have the whole week to think of an TOTALLY awesome deck maybe a Venusaur/Sceptile deck Or maybe something more random, like a infernape/feraligatr hahahaha

P.S. i think i'll Hex you before the pre-tournement

well, you can just borrow my Flygon hex d . Nobody will guess what I will be playing because it is just that rogue.

You all wait for provincials! My deck will be so good and ruin everyone! or I'll go 0-6 hahahaha

GO ELECTRODE!!!

perhaps....

Hey, seeing that I can't sanction it - I could even PLAY! Woo Hoo!

Na, don't think so. Too much work already.
