Our Modified format HP - DP. Does it work at all?

entire Battle Road Fall series here in Europe, and that right now is an especially bad time for being without such a tool because it forces us to play 4 copies of Stage 2s to be consisent, thus leaving us no chance to use lv X, a new game mechanic we're supposed to use.

care that BRs aren't important in the big picture, I want all events to be fair and have the best player win. However, I've now learned that the street date has been changed from November 7 to October 10th. Which is GREAT (and surprising) news. :D In Norway, we'll have 5 BRs with the HP-DP1 format, and 10 with the HP-DP2 format.

It wouldn't surprise me if the street date for MT is brought forward in Europe. The product is everywhere already.

Just like the DP stuff was everywere in June.
I really think somebody in Japan is underestimating Global trade/sales and never heard this happens since internet became common use.
 
Which booster has Electivire on it? I saw some boosters w/Electivire in a shop. Is that MT or regular DP?
