Yay fun. I'll be there, along with my new secret deck, if I can get all the cards for it. Otherwise Blaziking it is. I dunno how it'll do, cause I'm not really sure what will be played. At the PA CC's, Gardy was huge, but I have a feeling some people switched to Blazzy variants since Blazzy>Gardy. And I also think that there might be some Sceptile (ex) decks since he kills Gardy ex, but then again Blazzy>Sceptile. Finally, I think that some rogue TA vs TM decks might be there.

PENNSYLVANIA & DELAWARE Pokemon State Championships
Who can play?
You can play in any state event even if you do not live in that state. You
may play in more than one state championship! (Note: However if you won a
City Championship you have to go to your home state's event to claim your
VIP prize)
Format: Modified Constructed, cost: $10
Players bring their decks with them. Each deck needs to have exactly 60
cards, with no more than 4 of any card except basic energy cards. Cards from
the following sets are legal:
a.. Expedition expansion
b.. Aquapolis expansion
c.. Skyridge expansion
d.. Ruby& Sapphire expansion
e.. Sandstorm expansion
f.. Dragon expansion
g.. TeamMagma-TeamAqua expansion
h.. and promotion cards numbered 001 or higher
i.. Older cards (from prior sets) can only be used if they have been
reprinted in one of the sets listed above

From Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take PA Turnpike (old Exit 23), PA-100 South,
(Look for signs for Inn at Chester Springs) Rt 100 is also called Pottstown
Pike,, go South ( 1.6 miles) after the second light stay right (you will
pass the Inn at Chester Springs on your left across a divided highway) so
that at the third light you can follow the 'All Turns' to get onto Rt 100
North
From Delaware: Take US-202 North, to the PA-100 North/Exton (US-30 West)
exit, North on 100 for 6.4 miles, Inn is on your right. Special hotel rates
are available for Saturday night, April 3.

right. hotel phone is 800 633-3203 or local (302) 738-3400. Special hotel
rates are available for Friday night, April 23.

side events after the main event. also..............to save time.....please have a properly completed decklist prepared when you register. this will save a ton of time and will allow the tournament to begin on time and with as little confusion as possible.
