First off I dont know the code, or if it is ok to ask/give codes here, you might wanna try to look it up online on a search engine or something. There are plenty of sites with these codes on them.

If we were talking about GSC, I would whole heartedly agree, but since he was asking about RuSa then you are dead wrong. Shininess used to be based off of its DV/IV's in GSC, now it is based of of something else (not really sure what though). This is the reason why breeding Shinies is as hard as catching them, but it is entirely possible to have a shiney Pokemon every bit as strong as a non shiney. Just some FYI....

Why would U want one? Sinnings aR weak

Its kinda like saying "Why would you want $0.50? you can buy barly anything with it." but U can save up the 0.50 and get $10. Soon enough you'll get $100. Im willing to pay $1 for a Shiny.
