Paralyzed/Poisoned/Burned?

Yes.
Burned and Poisoned are kept track of by using a Marker, so they don't interfere with the turning of the card that is required for Paralyzed, Confused, and Asleep.
Those last three have you turn the card, and a card can only be turned in one direction at a time.
