There is the link. I saw this the first time and payed in no mind because EVERYONE who has a SNES had Super Mario Land 3 and he has a few 'fursuits' which gave him special powers. At first I thought these guys were just looking to sue for money like most people do but these guys serious.

They even paid to have a game made for this called "Super Tanooki Skin 2D" where you play a skinned Tanooki trying to get his fur back from Mario who is flying across the sky in it.

Nintendo has not responded to this yet and this is because I'm sure they don't care. If these guys get their way, they might try to ban Pokemon for 'forcing animals to fight'

I can't remember the last time Pikachu fought and it didn't want to.

Yet another great reason why you should never take anything the PETA says seriously... What a joke of a "protection" agency. lol

On a side note... that game is one of the single most hilarious things I've ever seen in my life. Must not play it... have work to do.... will be late for classes.... gahhh...................

I am so confused as too why anyone would care that some electronic video game animals get "depixalated" or hurt, wounded, killed- whatever-

Maybe it is because they are gamers themselves, and are afraid that the animals in video games will become extinct someday....... and thus can't play their favorite games anymore.......
 
PETA makes me ashamed to be a vegetarian/person who cares about animal rights. They are so beyond ridiculous and over sensitive it's not even funny.
 
Yeah...this is exactly why PETA the punchline of many jokes, they're certainly dumb enough to warrant it and why only nutjobs are attracted to them. Not to mention that game they made is downright creepy.

Besides, the real crime here is why it's only out for the lame 3DS that no one owns when masses of fans have been clamoring for more original platformer Mario games, I'm sorry but I'm past the age where I'd buy a system to be able to play a game. Nintendo can suck it in that regard.

Yeah I was planning on getting a 3DS and went against it until next year maybe.

I think its too expensive.
 
OK, I hate animal abuse and all, but this is going totally overboard. They don't even realize it's a costume?? That it might just be made from FAKE FUR?? That it just might be made from ALL NEW MATERIALS?? Sheesh PETA.

Well If they have that issue with fursuits then they need to slap the Furries on the wrist too lol
