thats silver which go for 30$+ via japanese players, lip yee.

green sleeves go for $10 at highest average usually.
 
guys i know what i saw...... they were the normal green ones some vendor was selling it at $30, one of my pals got conned and actually bought it thats why i know..... then the price started to go down to $20 or something like that.... but yeah IMO the prices are still relatively crazy out there
