The Gardevoir is indeed a R/S reprint, idk abouth Delcatty though.

the gardeviour and delcatty are RS prints with better art-work.
the cradily is like this:

pokepower- evoluionary call-(same as meganium DF)
(G)(G)(C) 50. the defending is now poisoned. the defending pokemon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn

the charizard is pretty bad...and all exs are as they were announced
