    4 Dual Ball
    3 Oak's Research
    4 Hyper Potion or Moo moo milk
    4 Energy Switch
    2 Energy Recycle System
    3 TV Reporter
    3 Juggler

    22 Energy

    11 Lightning
    11 Fire

    Ideal hand start is Elekid and a Rayquaza starting use elekid's attack to power up rayquaza and when Ray is ready KO everything in site any fixes tweaks would be appreciated
  2. Well, it would seem you're capable of getting the energy you need quickly... But it seems as if you attached the energy would go rather slowly. One or two good shots, and then Rayquaza's almost worthless for a few more turns.

    I'm not even sure the strategy as is would work very well. You need a way to get the energy on Rayquaza faster, then just the one per turn.

    Hmm... Not sure, but u could play Holo Blaziken, so u can use firestarter on Ray, then try an recharge if you have no NRG next turn.

    here's my fix

    -1 Lightning Energy
    -1 Fire Energy

    +2 Low Pressure System (to support Pichu, Elekid, and Electabuzz)

    I like the idea and will consider it but the deck seems to run smooth the way it is

    Just play blaziken in here and some switchs so you can use its powers on rayquaza =D
