I have data from 4 boxes I've seen opened.

Box 1: 3 EX, 1 FA, 2 Ace Spec
Box 2: 5 EX, 1 Ace Spec
Box 3: 3 FA, 1 EX, 2 Ace Spec
Box 4: 2 EX, 1 FA, 1 Ace Spec, 1 Shiny

This was through watching drafts for 3 of them. One was a judge box that was opened. Pull rates are all over the place again.

I think the sets general number of ultra rares is similar...but there's random dispersion of what Ultra rares you pull. At my last pre-release, 6 boxes were opened, and I recall only a Blastoise and a Random Receiver being pulled, so I'm assuming the 1 SR per 3 boxes has generally applied to this set at least.

At least its not as bad as Dragons Exalted where I pulled 1 ex in the whole box, and no real playable holos.

That appears to be the next Japan release in March 2013. Not sure what the next US set is gonna be called or contain, but the spiral force & thunder knuckle Japanese set has some damn nice looking cards in it.

My son is all about Deoxys currently...so I'm on the hook until I at least pick him up the EX and the EX FA . The Latias and Latios cards aren't too shabby either. The other 3 I could do without.

The pull rates for Traers in general seem to be really nice, I rarely saw a pack that didn't have some sort of Trainer in it. Out of 16 packs, I got 2 Lasers, and only one Virbank Gym. I think everyone's worried about the wrong card. Virbank seems to be harder to pull (based on what I saw).

Also, the theme decks each come with one Laser and two Colress!

Ordered my first box for $93 from animeforever; so hoping I get 6-8 Ultras, and atleast a shiny.

I opened a half box as well. Here is what we got fwiw. Four URs came out of it - 1 EX (Zapdos), 2 ACE SPECs (Victory Piece and Dowsing Machine) and 1 shiny (Charizard). We also pulled 2 Lasers and I think only 1 Gym.
