Playing a deck that makes you hated?

At the moment, I have 2 decks. One of them is Honchkrow/Absol. Every single time that I playtest these two decks, I end up wanting to flip the table due to bailful wind. I play Absol because its amazing, I hate Absol because its amazing. I dont not want to play that deck at a tournament because I know that it is so disruptive, people get angry. I dont want to be the person that everybody hates. I want to play a game that involves strategy, not making the opponent cry. Is Absol really that good? Or am I just a person on a short fuse that wants a card in my own deck to be errated?

Is Absol really so good cause you can move 3 damage counters around?

Gee. I better go and flip a couple of tables...

You Play To Win The Game.

And if they get mad, that is their fault, not yours. They should be able to handle a card game.

Go play a Magic game and play any kind of lock deck, such as Stasis, and then come back to me about playing decks that make you "hated", unless the aforementioned Pokémon decks literally make your opponent unable to do anything other than draw-go for about fifty straight turns.

Anyway, if it's a tournament, and you want to win, then play whatever "hated" deck will make you win. In such a situation, I'd complain about it but still respect a legitimate defeat. In a casual game, though, I reserve the right to tell you what inappropriate place to stick it, scoop up my cards, and find a more fun opponent.

I didn't hate you for playing Absol Dustin. It goes with the theme of your deck, doesn't it? I don't see the problem. Who got mad at you? I'd like to know because there really isn't a reason.

Would you mind explaining for those of us who haven't kept up with the metagame what a Mewlock is?
Mewlock utilized Legend Maker Wobuffet's pokebody to increase the amount of energies it took to retreat your opponent's active pokemon. You would then use pow hand extension trainer card every time they laid an energy on their active, and use sniff out(an attack on Deoxys Minun) to retrieve the said pow from the discard pile. You would have a pokemon of theirs active that had to have more than 1 energy on it to do anything useful. You also had pokemon that could spread 4 damage counters anyway you like on your opponent's pokemon to ko any threat while you kept them locked active.

In my first tournament with it I went 7-1,agreeing with my opponent in the final round of swiss to "play for fun" seeing as how we were both undefeated.

Scans coming soon after post.

Like ppls said ; U play to WIN the game!

so what if ur opponent loses? It's the problem of them not having enough skills and luck to win.

U win, u feel happy, u get the prizes, u get more respect. Now, be really happy abt that.
