Drop some Lightning Energies to add one more each of Sneasel and Rocket's Zapdos, as well as two Cleffa and at least one Tyrogue. That should help avoid Pokemon shortages. Not sure you need the Defenders -- consider putting in some Energy Charges instead, to rescue your Special Energies. Or, go 2-2 Defender and Energy Charge.

The Defenders really aren't necessary, so I'd cut them. Also, you could lose about four of the Lightning Energies, and a couple of the Switches.

Take those out for Cleffas, an Energy Charge or two, Scoop Ups, a Tyrouge, and maybe some disruption like Lass or SER.
