The error doesn't seem to affect Empoleon LVX's value. The one from the Diamond & Pearl set are worth $7-12

Electivire LVX is worth $10 -$20.

I don't know the exact price of the Empoleon Lv.X. I have found that the Poke-Power one is harder to get though. The reason being the power one was only in the later packs. Since most people bought the packs when they came out, not many people got the reprinted correct one.

Yeah, I used to have the Poke-Power one, and I got it from a late blister package. But I've seen many more of the Poke-Body ones as you said. But I think most people still looking for Empoleon don't know the difference, or simply don't care since the price seems the same.
