You're definitely improving as time goes on. Your levels are much better than before. However, you need to kill the stereo effect on people talking, as it really makes it hard to listen to the podcast using headphones. Going back to what Prime said, what kind of pickup pattern does your mic use?

Yes. But getting the time to do the stats is not easy. We'll go on iTunes after the March belated-Pokegym/Compendium-birthday celebration. Then I think we'll get some better stats.
I could/should crack something up for this particular content (and we do have general gym stats) but time is the enemy.
We're all on phone handsets.
There will be the occasional background noise, since none of us are in studios. We do discuss the use of 'mute' for those that have that feature. We also talk about NOT using the computer during the call, as the clicking gets picked up. All this will end up in a FAQ for participants that we'll post here.
Levels were better, but there was a ton of hiss. We'll keep twiddling. Our new time means I'll be using my mobile set-up which means we'll be back to post-processing to boost level.
Appreciate all the comments on music. I don't think we'll go to classical/jazz, etc. since I'm not sure that everyone will like my taste. We actually are hoping one of our board members who is a composer is going to write us some custom theme & bumpers. He is waiting on his muse. For now, if you have a pointer to some Pokémon music you'd like to nominate ... PM me (as opposed to posting here).
