They exist, but only sell to licensed business and only in large orders.

Pokemonforever is the best I've seen. Even for a case, it's hard to beat their price with free shipping in the US and superb customer service. Unless you have a licensed business and you buy much more, there's no one better.

It would be best for you to contact the individual distributors if you have a true licensed business. immewnity was great in providing the contact information to all of the distributors in NA.
