Pokemon Card Pull Ratios

I believe the new Shiny cards are 1 per 3 boxes.

I made a thread about it awhile ago and that seemed to be the consensus. Certain lots of them did have more than that, but in general 1 in 30 or 40 seems about right.

Did anyone ever find out which ratio was the average in the majority of shipments? I was talking to another TO (in SoCal too) when your thread was made and his shipments had them at 1/15 packs too. So that's 4 different leagues around here that had that low ratio. Maybe all/most of SoCal just got lucky? :lol: Sorry if this sounds off-topic. But it is a question about card ratios like the first post describes.
