This includes made up characters along with characters from Pokemon, Yugioh, Yugioh GX and Naruto. The reason is I just felt like doing this. I incluled yugioh, GX, and Naruto characters because Yugioh, GX and Naruto are my favorite shows(I have more but they're not anime and they're about real stuff like criminal investagations). Also some Yugioh monsters have been transormed into pokemon. Finally, I got my fisrt season storyline from Coliseium and XD Gale of Darkness along with Yugioh's Battle City season and some of Yugioh's 4th season. Here's a link to some related stuff: PFF stuff

Prologue
10000 years ago, the planet was in chaos, Kyogre and Groudon had stop fighting but a new threat emerges. The shadows were born, corrupting the minds of the citizens of the lost city of Atlantis. Now the shadows have corrupted a human mind and with him the return of the most feared pokemon in existence, the Shadow Lugia, cloned from the remains of the real Shadow Lugia that died 10000 years ago. The same one that caused the downfall of Atlantis. Atlantis was normal until the Shadow Lugia, followed by a army of Dark Pokemon, caused destruction and devesated lives. Then the King of Atlantis along with his most loyal subjects, Mewtwo and Lugia, destroyed the Shadow Lugia in a fierce battle after Shadow Lugia failed to beat the normal Lugia the first time. Now only one person can stop this madman from helping the Shadow Lugia complete what it started 10000 years ago.

Marik: No, with Heatran on his side, I'll need to face him. Just make sure nobody challenges Tryce. The last thing we need is a trainer with 4 legendaries on his side and they're are on level 100 and have been well trained. Anyway, now my Ghouls, spread out!!!

Marik: It doesn't matter. I can't be beat because I have 6 cloned legendaries are on my side and they're have been corrupted by the shadows making them twice as powerful. Soon the 3 most powerful pokemon will be corrupted.The ones who have been sealed away for centuries. Obelisk, Slifer and Ra, the ones who created the pokemon will be corrupted by shadows and I will be unstoppable(evil laugh)
Vicious: Now we have enough energy to revive Obelisk.
Marik: Very well. God of pokemon who created the land, hear me as I call you from your slumber!!!!!!
A giant pokemon appeared out of nowhere
Marik: Obelisk is too weak now. Now we need enough energy to revive Slifer and Ra and now to give Obelisk his power so he can battle.

Tryce: They'll never guess that we already revived Ra.

Marik: You can use all your pokemon but they'll all fall against the Shadow Lugia.
She calls out her Toxiccroak, Crobat and Rapidash but with just one Hyper Beam, the Shadow Lugia defeats all 4 of her pokemon.

Marik: Now you know who your dealing with(evil laugh).
Vicious: Master Marik, The leauge is hosting a tournament.
Marik: I know. I've send Camula, Aaron and a few others to enter.
Meanwhile...
