The reason I gave up tc games like Pokemon is that there used to be no one to play with! With Skype now I should be able to play with cool people often! I use Skype a lot for business and it works great!

5) Ensure your playing field is clearly visible.

Quick question regarding the visibility of your playing field. My iMac has a built in webcam but it doesn't tilt down far enough for me to play directly in front of it. For this reason I have to play back from my computer on a table a little bit and you might be unable to tell what each card is. I play with a friend of my from nationals and he is able to tell the type of card as well as the type of my pokemon in play, but not what the cards are exactly. (ex. dragonite or garchomp?) Would this be okay to play with if I joined? I announce all of my game actions, hold trainers etc. that I play up to the camera, and hold whatever I search out up to the camera as well.

So is this an acceptable playing field? If you are wondering about the camera quality it is pretty good on the image it shows on my end of the skype chat so it should be clear for others also.

^ You could hang a mirror by your camera and angle it down towards your cards, but I guess it would be backwards or upsidedown.

Also, does skype cost money to use, or is it free?

skype to skype it's free. if u use sype to call a phone number it costs money
