Pokemon Video Game: Regional Tournament

Nightmare

I'm working on putting together a Regional Tournament at a gaming convention called DexCon sometime in July. The way I was thinking of running this:

Located at the Edison Hilton, right off Exit 9 of the NJ Turnpike (not in the city)
$5 entry fee one time (if you enter either this or the cards, you would pay the fee)

The rules:

All Lv. 100, no if's, and's, or but's. If you don't have six Level 100's, you're not going to win this tournament. You have six months and have had two years, if you're thinking of coming raise some. No excuses this time!

Qualifying rounds: 3 on 3 Single Battle, Battle Tower Style
Finals: 6 on 6 Double Battle, 1 Super Legend/Battle Tower Style (Colosseum Pkmn Center rules)
You get to switch Pokemon in-between rounds.

Tie-breakers:
1. # of Pokemon left
2. If tied, person picks 1 Pokemon, no legendaries at all allowed, sudden death.
3. If it ends up Wobbuffet vs. Wobbuffet, automatic tie-breaker implemented.

All the standard rules (item rule, Pokemon rule, explosion rule, you know the deal), apply.

Some questions I have:

1. Should it be FR/LG/Emerald only (you bring your own Wireless), or you can bring R/S and we supply a few link cables?
2. What do you think we should give out for prizes? I have two legit Japanese Emeralds, anybody else got ideas?

Tell me what you think.
