I'll trade a shiny Gloom for it, if you want. I've tried 6 or 7 times to get a shiny Porygon. All the chains broke around 30 or so.

Ah... sorry, currently not for trade. I happen to have an ethical dilemma about duping, and I don't happen to want any Pokemon in particular.
