Problem on POP Rankings page

ive tried numerous times to get my pokemon and ive used 3 of my emails to get them and i haven't got one yet.

I also got a new pop id from the nh states and i havent seen anything yet. I lot pop card also, but i know the number. When i registered, it said that it was already active, and it wouldnt let me register... i knew it was mine and it wouldn't let me enter. I had to register with no pop id, will i be able to enter it when i get it...

like im getting frsutrated with this...
 
Perhaps someone here could advise me on what my next course of action should be:

I went to the POP website, and tried to create a "My Pokemon" account, since this was definitely the first time I'd tried to do so. I went through all the steps, until it came time to submit my final data (user name, address, etc.). When I hit submit, it said "this email address is already in our database. If you've forgotten your username or password, click here". I clicked there, and was prompted for my email address - to which, I assume, the aforementioned information would be emailed, as per posts earlier in this thread. I entered my email address, and was told that the database did not contain my email address, and that I should sign up for a "My Pokemon" account. I shrugged, redid my "my pokemon" info, and met with the same cyclical problem. Now, I'm as big a fan of Joseph Heller as anybody, but this is ridiculous....does anyone have a suggestion regarding what I do from this point? Also, if I do have a username and password, could someone give me an idea as to what format those would be in? I have a POP password, which according to my sheet is two letters, followed by seven numbers. I haven't the foggiest clue what my username would be. I tried JakeBurt, JacobBurt, Jake_Burt, Jacob_Burt, and even Dendrobatida, using the POP password each time. I met with no success. Help?

Since the 'gym is not an official board, my suggestion is to contact POP about this problem at one of the email addresses given on their sites rather than wait and hope that someone from POP stumbles across this thread when they happen to visit...

Password

Your pop id password is your MY Pokemon password until you update or change it in your profile. So you don'thave to wait for the confirmation email. I personally logged in and changed my password before I even checked for the confirmation email, which was in my mailbox before I even logged out.

So just log in with your POP password and you'll have access

Then have you tried the forgot password section? You can request using your email address, doesn't ask for user id.
 
My son's overall rating dropped a point since last Friday. Do you think they've added an aging factor to the ratings calculation? That would be WONDERFUL if they did!
 
Yes and you know why, because even if you transmitted the forms you still need to get answers/login.
As long as you don't have it your 12- will not be in that list.
