Problems retaking the test?

I think we all need to be patient as PUI sorts through the problems and glitches in their system. I went to look for the link to the test this morning, and to my surprise I no longer had the Professor links in My Pokemon. All that was there was a generic link to information about the Professor Program.

I clicked on the link to the Professor Info page. I then clicked the "Exam" link from the Professor Info page, and to my surprise I was transported immediately to the test. I guess since I had already logged in to My Pokemon, the system knew who I was and skipped the initial screens.

I completed the test, logged out and back into My Pokemon and there were my Professor links again. I checked my points and they were all there as well ... BUT I now have an order for enough Deoxys Boosters to use up all my points! :mad: I tried to change the order and it told me the system is down, so I have no idea what happened to last month's order. I guess I will just watch the mail to see if it got shipped.

Same thing here. Took the test & passed & it won't let me change from getting 18 Deoxys packs I don't want.
 
There is an announcement over at the PUI professor forum. I will repost it here since some of you visit the Gym more frequently than the PUI forums:

Expiring/Expired Professor Roles

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some of you may have received multiple emails saying that your professor role will expire on 4/4/2005. You should have only received one email and we are working on correcting that problem. You now have access to take the professor test. If you are having problems taking the professor test, please email it to [email protected].

Some of you also may have also received an email stating your professor role has expired. This was a mistake and you are still a professor until 4/4/2005. Please double check your professor points order to make sure it has not been modified.

Um, wow, that's a terrible idea. You really ought to visit. No offense to the guys that run the 'Gym, but POP is 99% more likely to post important/official information there than we are here. Even if you don't post there, you should at least browse the information there.

I'd post a message about the problem, but I've already done so on the POP boards.

Alright, I'll make an effort to drop in there every couple of days.

Professor Test back up. yeah, I passed :thumb: I was mega nervous - like i was taking a French test :eek:
 
Well managed to retake the test and I'm completely mortified that I failed!! I cant tell you how disappointing this was! I guess in the two years (approx) since I passed I've got a bit complacent. With the release of umpteen sets since then I've got a lot of swotting up to do! Try again in two weeks and try to keep my spirits up!!
 
Yippee!! This time I concentrated and really thought about the questions and this time I passed!! Prof again now 'til March 2006! :thumb: :biggrin:
