Professors, Test open to second beta testing

The past few times i've taken the test, i have not received an email. Has anyone taken it recently and received an email?

The one time (since it re-opened to beta) I completed the test, I received an email (not as quickly as the first beta) to say "congrats - you passed - here's the correct answers on the ones you missed..."
 
Yeah i got those the first few times i've taken it (and relatively quickly too). The past 2 times i have not gotten anything (and on the last one would like to know what 1 i missed as i was really trying on that one....)
 
This was the kind of test where, if you don't know your stuff, you won't pass. It's that simple. Somebody who only shows up for leage seldom and doesn't visit either the main site or the Gym will not pass.
 
I believe time is running out to beta test the professor test. Tomorrow will have been two weeks time for the test as most likely will be taken off for final adjustments (if any). It should be long for the test to open for actual use. Remember that things will be tougher as there is a time limit and 5 minute allowed delay for each question.
 
OK, pop, i guess i exaggerated, common sense is not all required to pass the test, I have given it a lot of thought, and have come across some answers that might answer bds questions and pops general question; the judging progra,m on all the other companies have levels, lets see just 2 examples:

WotC: anyone willing to become a magic judge should have big lawyer tendencies, but then again its magic, that game where everyone plays for the fun of beating the stuffing out of their opponents (and sometimes the judges too :p)

UDE: Their aproach is a lot more light, anyone willing to become a judge, but has some sort of level of knowledge can pass their level 1 exams, however, it gets sneaky from there.

My point is, i think that since the first level of professorship is just a level to gather the info on potentially good judges, such as ude system, it is ok, if it followed wotc system, then it would be useless, it is my mistake to still think sometimes in terms of wotc systems (i should have learne from Mike to think out of the box, its just so comfy in there with sneasel) It does probe for the general knowledge a professor might require, but then, since professors are less TO bound, i would have liked more judging and or situation management on the test, not that they are not to, just that to´s labor does not require a lot of knowledge from the game.

And i agree that it would be scary that all the actual professors didnt pass the exam, since they are the actual backbone of the system as of now.

bds, i was harsh on the test thinking of it on terms of being rules lawyers, i see pui is not seeking those, they are seeking mentors for a new generation of poke players, in that way, i just wish perhaps some more questions, so to fully probe the level, 25 is low on my opinion, perhaps 40 or something like that, since 25 can be passed on a luck factor, i agree that luck factor can make you pass an exam of any amount of questins, but the more questions, the less probable that is.

Pop, indeed no common player attending weekly leagues could pass it, perhaps a couple :p , same comment that i gave bds, i was thinking lawyer like, and to be honest, i think its a general perception th eprofs are rules buffs, and in general they are, just this first test is not made to determine that.

I would like to see some field experience required towards other levels of the program if they ever become available, like a point for each tournament ran, and 5 for each premier event worked at, and a minimum of lets say 35 pounts to get to x level.

I heared that something like that is going to happen.
Even as getting feedback from the TO under who the prof judged.
With bad feedback you are out of the program.

Don't nail me on the exact way it's going to happen, I only heared some global intensions and even don't know if I'm allowed to post, (too late).
 
hopefully they add a few questions. I spent less than 10 mins on that thing, and got a 21. On the WOTC one, I couldn't spend less than half an hour, and only passed after 5 trys...
