(Stand here tapping my right foot continuosly untill someone finally gets tired of it and tells me to stop it immediately.) I'm getting anxious and hopefull which is really bad coming home from school hopinig to see this amazing brown box with all these goodies. Yes maybe I should be focusing more on my Midterms tomorrow and Wednesday but I want my goodies to. Good to hear that at least a TeamRaleigh player has gotten his stuff.(By the way good to see another NC player, not that I know if I've even ever met you at any of the major NC tourneys anyways. But hey) If only they would hurry up and deliver here in Greensboro,NC. I'm waiting UPS, I'm waiting.

I got mine last Friday Oct 10, 2003. I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I get my long dreaming Gold Border Meowth and I can complete my Best Promo collection.

The only thing I worry is the US $66 invoice come along with the package. I know that WOTC will not collect the money, but I may have to pay the duty (15% or 8 %) plus the stupid CAN$35 UPS Brokage fee. Wait to see if I get billed by UPS.

Interesting. That must have been an international requirement because my box (and I suspect the others within the US) did not have any kind of invoice or list.
 
Strange that Rainbowgym was taxed and we weren't for the same (kind of) box. :confused:

But the NL Master Profs (still) haven't received the booster boxes/theme decks. Does anyone know why? Is it possible that they've not been sent yet?

If you do get an invoice Check with UPS.. I've subsequently found out that Wotc may have instructed UPS that they would pick up customs and other charges.

I found this out after I paid the duty on some energy cards that Mike sent for drafting. Hey Ho live and learn.

pm=private message. If you look at the bottom of most people's posts there's a button that says "pm" if you want to send a message just to that person, not to the whole gym.
 
I actually spoke to MTM a couple of days ago and told him about this thread with all the thanks on it and hopefully he will get to check it out.

I also asked him about the 7 or so Profs that sent me info that never got packages. Unfortunately, similar to the stock in England, all Pokemon stock at WotC has had to be destroyed per contractual obligations. So there is no more Pokemon stuff to send out. However, I am going to get the names and address to him and he'll see what he can do. Maybe get the cert at least and maybe some items for other WotC games.

In other news, the new listserv should be up and running soon and every prof that told MTM that they wanted WotC to keep in touch with them for helping out with premeire events and such will be getting the first welcome message soon!

If you were a prof that sent me a PM because you didn't get a package, make sure that you sent me your name, address, and phone number and I'll pass the list on to MTM. If you're not sure, send it again.
MTM will run the names up against the prof list and the UPS statements.
