HEHE.... Gotta Love the Protoss. That for you Starcraft Players. I I think this only missing 3 Types, Metal, Electric, and Grass. I could Slip in Breloom.

I've been working on a deck very similar to this using Breloom instead of Espeon. I love that you have the ability to counter most of the big decks out there while using only one type of energy. I would drop the energy switch for a couple of Crystal Shards and another Kabuto, though. Also, I don't think you need the Rare Candys, as once you get one Kabuto out, you get the others as basics pretty quickly. I'd suggest adding a couple of Master Balls because you have a lot of Supporters or some Elm's Research or Wally's Training (if you're not worried about the supporters) to help get the evos out of your deck. Also, consider finding room for a Weakness Guard or two due to K-Tops dual weakness, especially with all of the Amphy decks around. Finally, I'd drop a Boost (which is pretty situational in this deck IMO) and add a Multi, especially if you run the Breloom.
