Pull Rates for Boundaries Crossed

I'm sorry to resserect this thread, but it seemed more appropriate than starting a new one. Has anyone encounted BRX EX cards that have, which viewed under light, visible lines from where it appears part of the finish was placed on the card? These lines seem to run along the outlines of certain shapes on the card. It's hard to explain and doesn't show up in scans.

I recently purchased a large amount of cards from a new (but well known to folks here) supplier. But this made me question the legitimacy of the cards. Something about them just seems... off... although if the are fakes, they are excellent fakes and have all been repackaged with working codes.

My guess is that it's just a case of crappy printing.

No, If I am understanding you correctly, most of my EX's are like this. It's almost as if there are layers of paint? I thought that they were scratches but they outline certain aspects of the card.
