With having 2 pokemon in at the same time I have a question.

If you have 2 Seadra for your active pokemon and one uses it's agility attack. Since agility says "prevent all effects of attack including damage done to seadra." Could your opponent still attack the other seadra?

yes

look up 'self-referencing' in the compendium ;)

You do know what the compedium is don't you :-D

Actually NoPoke I think that this is found in the rule book.

Pokemon that Refer to Themselves

Sometimes a Pokemon refers to itself by name. For example, Goldeen's Flail attack says, "Does 10 damage for each damage counter on Goldeen." Read the name as "this Pokemon" If the attack somehow gets used by another Pokemon. So if Togetic copies Goldeen's Flail with Mini-Metronone, Togetic would do 10 damage for each damage counter on it, just as if Togetic said "Does 10 damage for each damage counter on this Pokemon" on it.

This was from the EX Ruby & Saphire Rulebook.
