Rampardos (PT) and effects of an attack

farfetch'd attacks rampardos with fury cutter. The attacking player flips 3 heads ;(10 plus 40 )
does rampardos's Iron Skull stop the additional damage from the attack?

No for two reasons.
Damage is damage. How it is calculated doesn't matter.

But, besides that, you're not understanding what Iron Skull does.
It prevents the damage that Rampardos does from being affected by effects on the Defending Pokemon.

It has nothing to do with damage or effects done to Rampardos!
