As in this thread, I apologize if this is a newbie question. I'm still very much coming up to speed.

Twister - 50 damage

Flip 2 coins, if both are tails, this attack does nothing. For each heads, discard an Energy attached to the Defending Pokemon

Does the "does nothing" part apply to the damage as well or just the energy discard effect?

Does nothing = every bit of the attack fails...including damage.
