Alright, I'm making a new network that is strictly for States testing. This is a place where I'm going to be testing my States ideas against a wider pool of opponents instead of just against a friend or two. This way I can also build generic lists to help others test their own matchups.


Because mine is not a deck I'm willing to make publicly known, only those who are serious about testing can PM me for the password. If you use a deck that you wish to keep under wraps, I'll honor that as well.
