Redshark Plasma Freeze (v5.16) available

Sorry about the delay, but effective immediately, the Plasma Freeze version of Redshark (v5.16) is now available for PC & Mac.

Although the PC version has been available for about 2 weeks, the Mac version is also available and the Plasma Freeze cardscans are now available to use thru the Redshark program.

No major feature enhancements in this release.
