Then its settled.
PM me in advance so you are guaranteed a spot.
There will no fee, but all 32 players in the tournament must throw in a holo rare (non LV.X) from DP on.
Top 2 Cut will win prizes only. 16 rares each.

Rules:
Participants may not use any Unlockable character.
Gameplay will take place turing breaks, as well as Top Cut.
If you made it into Top Cut, you must choose whether or not you want to participate in the tournament.
No more than 4 people may choose the same character.
First 32 to enter are in, no exceptions.

Pm me if you think there needs to be more rukes, because i can't think of anymore at the moment.

Now, someone needs to bring a Wii, 2 remotes, as well as a copy of the game.
And, possibly a small TV just incase there is no TV provided.
PM me if you are thinking about bring those items.

If you made it into Top Cut, you must choose whether or not you want to participate in the tournament.

This should be changed to if you made top cut you may choose an alternate who isn't in the tournament and who wasn't in the original 32 players.

And addition to that rule:

I just really hope that the Brawl tournament ends before Top Cut is announced.

Eh, that would be something that would be discussed the Player and thier alternate, not something that should be in the actually rules. The alternate is fine, however I think the player and the alternate will have to discuss between themselves how they want to break it down.

Also another way of doing this is the following for Prizes -

32 Total Holos -

1st -14
2nd -10
3rd - 6
4th - 2

so am i going to see money matches at this place in melee and brawl ?? ... i would put put up cards if u rather do that ... any takers ??
