This story is divided into 5 parts. Each averages 20 chapters, and will be spanned out for 3 weeks
or so.This is my first fan-fic. So, without further ado, here is Rise of the Shadows!
Prolouge
"Salamence, use Flamethrower!"
A burst of flame erupted from its mouth.
The trainer stood there, unprotected.
"Feraligatr, use Iron Tail!"
The Pokemon hit the flame back, as if with a bat.
"Salamence, dodge!"
The Pokemon flew into the air, as if it was wating for the Master's next command.
The stream of flame dissolved, as if some magic had stopped it.
"NOW, DON'T STOP USING ROCK SLIDE!"
Salamence hurled down huge, un-breakable boulders.
"NOOOOOOO!NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
The trainer fell, down into nothingness.....
Chapter 1
"Where a-a-am I?"
"WELCOME TO MY REALM OF DARKNESS."
"Who are you?
"I AM DARKRAI. I CONTROL THE SHADOWS.
YOU HAVE ENTERED. YOU FELL FROM MY MASTER.
HE TOOK YOU WITH ONE BLOW.
NOW THAT YOU ARE HERE, I WILL TAKE OVER YOUR BODY.
YOU WILL BE ENGULFED BY SHADOWS, AND I WILL CONTROL
YOU, THE CHOSEN ONE!"
"Wait, what are you going to do? Hey, stop! Aaaaaaaaaaaah!"
"Okay, Typhlosion,now use Fire Blast!"
" Mirror Coat, Wobbuffet!"
This is the present day. Trainers are competing to enter the World Championship.
They each have ratings in their poketch, a watch which contains several apps.
The winner recieves 75% of the Battle Stake, a number that the combatants
decide on before the battle. If one's rating drops under 1000, then they cannot
compete anymore that season.
If one's points go over 2500, they will recieve an invite via poketch.
These trainers, Brien, red hair and light skin, and Jon, jet black hair with medium skin,are competing for rating points.
The winner will go to worlds.
" Now, Fire Punch!
YEAH!"
" No, I lost!"
Brien has just won.
"So now what?Are they gonna invite me?" Brein said, impateintly.
"I dunno," Jon said
" All trainers listen up!
There has been an accident at the Stark Stadium. Reports indicte that a
shadowy figure, armed with what appears to be a Shadow Snagger. This
takes a pokemon into captivity, turning them into a shadow pokemon.
The person had short, spiky hair," the loudspeaker concluded.
" OH NO! AARON!"
