    Nintendo's Pokemon Team Magma vs Aqua Prerelease
    Sunday, March 7
    Location: Dream Wizards
    Registration - (For all Age Groups): 10:30 to 11AM, Play begins at 11AM.
    Players who are 10 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
    Entry Fee: $15.00, includes 6 Team Magma vs Aqua boosters & various promos.
    Format: Participants will play within one of the following age categories: 10 and under, 11-14 and 15 or older. There will be 4 rounds of play. Players will construct their decks from 6 Team Magma vs Aqua booster packs.
    Prizes: Team Magma vs Aqua booster packs will be awarded to the top 8 players in each age category, including an entire display for each 1st Place winner.
    Prizes: Each age bracket will receive all of the following prizes:
    1st Place: 1 display of Pokemon-eTCG: Team Magma vs. Team Aqua Booster Packs (36)
    2nd Place: 18 Pokemon-eTCG: EX Team Magma vs. Team Aqua Booster Packs.
    3rd & 4th Place: 9 Pokemon-eTCG: EX Team Magma vs. Team Aqua Booster Packs
    5th-8th Place: 4 Pokemon-eTCG: EX Team Magma vs. Team Aqua Booster Packs

    Side Events: Participants in the Prerelease tournament are invited to participate in a Pokemon EX Ruby & Sapphire Gameboy Advanced Tournament following the main event. There is no charge for this side event.

    Yeah, I was kind of surprised that they published the specific number of rounds - hopefully you'll place well and make the trip worthwhile ;)!

    Well,I`ll talk to Laurel and see if we can get more than that.If she doesn`t want a Top 8,we can at least get in 5 rounds IMO. :)

    Thanks again for the kind words! 53 players registered - Sensei` has the results - and he and I both have photos to post!

    Thanks again to the TO and store owner, Laurel, for providing a good location with plenty of seating!

    God this was a funny event, cause me and luke kept pushing for a top 8 cut or some kind of cut since like round 3 till the last round. Good times. Good times.

    LOL Mike. :p It was fun and certainly hectic as Dream Wizards did their usual and ran multiple events causing mass congestion at times.Good thing is,I talked to Laurel about this and she did agree and that she will not run some events next time so the scene won`t be as crowded.

    We had 51 registered players(not 53 Brian;)).4 dropped during the tournament.It was really cool for the players that Top 8 got prizes and we even had multiple drawings throughout the tournament for Absol`s!
