I'd need to have a ruling verified here.
Say, player A has Roselia on top of Budew on his bench. Sitting next to it is a Palkia lv.X. We're not really concerned what's active for A, let's just assume it's got plenty of HP's left.
Player B has a Flygon ex d active, and he attacks with Psychic Pulse, not resulting in any KO's. Then comes the between turns.
Which of player A's Benched Pokemon take damage? Both of these look like they're Basic, BUT...
...the ruling was made so that Roselia (being an "Evolved Basic") didn't get damage, but Palkia lv.X did (afterall, it's still Basic, however highly-levelled it may be).
Ruled correctly?
This is not the *actual* situation that brought this question up, but this describes the whole dilemma I had to deal with.
