Here is my strategy opinions on the two newest theme decks on the block.
Oasis (Water/Fighting)

Overall the decks balence if the two fight off against each other, the grass can take on the fighting the water can take on the fire. The attack are fairly simple and I don't think they would stand up in their current forms against competitive play. These decks are great for teaching the game to a new player though. If I had to pick one to win it would be the Caravan deck.
I would stuff in the Kabutops line from Neo Discovery or Skyridge into Oasis to make it better. As for the Caravan, I'd make room for that Typhosion EX so take out Ekans and Cacnea for that. Make sure to balence the energys and cut back some of them for better trainers from Expedition or Professor Elm.
By the ways: Lanette looks pretty cool in that LCD reflection.
