Scholarships/Pokemon USA

Just wondering, if anyone knows how to sort out scholarships (I know about forms etc)
I've done it in the past, but now have two scholarships to be sorted, and am receiving no replies from the e-mail on go-pokemon.

All the folks from PUI were at the European Nats and European Prof Cup this last weekend, that could be part of the problem.

They have a really busy 3 weeks they are in right now. I would really get worried after US Nats, if you don't hear anything.
