Pokemon look good, although I'd use Cleffa over Elekid and drop a Scyther for a Chansey, and the Energy look about right, although I'd drop the Boost. The Trainer engine's the only thing I can think of that could use work. Check out my Unlimited deck tips article (link in the signature) for suggestions on that score.

well my strategy is to make them have to cards in hand or atleast fewer then mine so i have advantage and yea i use jungle scythers..

yea i will also drop boost energy but i do not know what to put for it
and dropping a scyther for chansey sounds good since i rarely use them to attack. but i think i might leave the elekid just so i can attack them when i play chansey.

thanks for all ur help!!.. :D

Thing is, Pichu is everywhere in Unlimited (or, at least, was last time I checked). Elekid's great, but Pichu takes it out easily. Also, Cleffa is extremely useful as card drawing and stall. Still, if your area doesn't see Pichu often, go ahead and stick with Elekid -- being able to flip for 20 from the bench and with no Energy is great!
