    this deck looks like a good idea, but you should clrify your strat by placing it into the first post...

    I would:
    drop the lv.x's and a water, pick up 1 more piplup, and 2 more empoleons.
    drop the absol. 2 aren't gonna help. pick up another 1-1 sharpedo.
    drop 2 water, pick up two more sp. dark.

    your trainers may need some work. 1 of any trainer won't help, unless it's a scott or windstorm.

    I edited your trainer list above.
    I took out Bebe's and added Celio's. You're not running ex's, so there was no reason to shuffle the card in.
    I took out the Felicity's for POV's. Your deck does not benefit from you discarding.
    I took out the Mars for Steven's and 2 Pluspowers. Steven's will net you more, and Pluspower are ran in 4's or 0's, IMO.
    I took out the Pokedex and Island hermit for 3 Cess. Crystals and a Windstorm. Cess. Crystal will only hurt your Sharpedo, and you obviously would put a Cess. on him, anyway.
    I took out the Mr. Stone and 2 Warp Points for 1 Scott and 2 Castaways. You can now go get Supporters and Tolls no problem.

    Just my 2 cents....

    Doesn't matter. Dark isn't needed to attack with Sharpedo, so you might as well have all four energies be special and capable of increasing damage output.

    Anyways, might want to clarify what Empoleon you're playing. MD (better all around)? or DP (better against Banette)?

    I'd remove the following, mainly because giving Gardevoir more variety to Telepass is a bad idea.
    -1 Galactic's Mars
    -1 Scott
    -2 Castaway

    In their place...
    +1 Baltoy
    +1 Claydol
    +2 Galactic's Wager

    This'll give you more disruption with the wager increase, plus the additional claydol makes it easier to hit the field.
