Hi guys I'm a complete trading noob and I'd really appreciate advice from people who know what they're doing.
My childhood pokemon card binder has 2 different Charizards from EX Dragon frontiers 100/101 and I believe they are mint or near mint since they went straight from the pack to the binder back in 2006.
I see on ebay the ungraded ones are going for $120-$150 but the ones that are graded 8+ are a lot more. For example:

Should I grade my cards, or are those prices just people just highballing and they don't sell for that much?
