Does one have to shuffle back the energy cards from the discard pile when using Upstream, from Delcatty ex?
I know it not an option usually, but what if an effect from another card was keeping the energy cards in the discard pile?
I would like to know this to know if the Pokemon Power 'Allergic Pollen' on Parasect (Neo Revelations) would be a viable combo in unlimted deck.
Allergic Pollen (Pokemon Power) - As long as Parasect is in play, cards in any player's discard pile are not affected by attacks or Pokemon Powers. This power stops working if Parasect becomes Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Upstream - :colorless - 10x - Search your discard pile for all Energy cards. This attack does 10 damage times the number of Energy cards you find there. Show them to your opponent, and put them on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.
