This deck looks fast and srong. I like fast ball in this deck but I would drop the Bill's Maintenance for 2 pokemon fan club and another oaks research. Maybe this:
    Pokemon: 16
    4 Grimer
    4 Muk ex
    4 Roselia
    4 Wobbuffet

    Trainers: 26
    4 Oak's Research
    3 Fast Ball
3 Copycat or shaman - I would play shaman just to mess with my opponent
    4 Switch
    2 TV
    2 fan club
    3 Oran Berry
    3 Potion
2 Low Pressure System - or maybe mirage - works great with switch, posion

    Energy: 18
    13 Grass
    5 Psychic

-1 or 2 cards from Psycodads deck
    +1 or 2 Fisherman
    -1 Grass
    +1 Psy

This oughta help incase Wob is needed, and to get Energy back

Okay, here's my two cents (*ching* *ching* *ching*)

    SwampertEX's deck

    -4 Wobbufett (just listen)
    -4 Psychic
    +4 Nincada
    +4 Shedinja

although Shedinja has low HP, its Poke-Body is similar to Wobbufett's, but it also affects Evolved Pokemon. Therefore, you would have a better chance of stalling against a GODevoir deck. PLUS, you would also get a nice 10 HP Bonus making it 40HP (Okay, not that ground breaking, but its still good).

Take Arti's Idea, but make it

    +3 Nincada
    +2-3 Ninjask
    +2-3 Shedinja

Dont forget, Ninjask is a "come into play power" and last I heard, Muk cant stop that...

I think adding shedinja is not a bad idea, but wobbuffet can do 100 damage to gardy/ex. Without wob, you can only attack with muk ex.

Why waste space putting shedinja? Muk shuts the power of! It isn't as good as Wobbuffet when it comes to raw power. I mean, Shedinja is only useful for his power, and when its shut off.....

Um, Muk only shuts off its power if it is active... Wobbs too, becarefull of EX Pokemon who can bench hit

Here's another thought. A speed Muk ex deck w/BBP support pokes.
    Pokemon: 18
    4 Grimer
    3 Muk ex
    2 dunsparce
    3 Roselia
    2 Wobbuffet
    2 seviper - 90 hp anti ex basic w/gym
    2 zangoose

    Trainers: 25
    4 Oak's Research
    3 Fast Ball
    3 shaman
    2 birch
    2 masterball
    3 Switch
    2 TV
    2 fan club
2 pokemon nurse - works well w/seviper and muk ex due to 1 nrg attacks
    2 Low Pressure System

    Energy: 17
    13 Grass
    4 Psychic
No one plays seviper. I think it is a good fit here. Watch up for zangoose though.

Here's my list that I won with @ the shack yesterday. I lost to one amphy which I beat in the top 4 and I also lost to a espy/blaziken deck on a late comeback.
    Pokemon: 18
    4 Grimer
    4 Muk ex
2 kecleon - I just added this after the tourney to tech against espy and gardy ex - grass/psy nrg vs gardy ex is just mean
    3 Roselia
    3 Wobbuffet
    2 zangoose

    Trainers: 24
    4 Oak's Research
    3 shaman
    2 copycat
    2 fan club
    3 nurse
    1 TV
    2 Fast Ball
    2 masterball
1 nrg recycle system - get back nrg after nurse
1 nrg restore - get back nrg after nurse - I am trying one of each and will decide which one to keep after I test
1 pokenav - I know, it's a single but it is the best non supporter draw out there
    2 Low Pressure System

    Energy: 18
    13 Grass
    5 Psychic

I would prefer Fisherman over both. Surely you would have a lonely G energy in your hand when you nurse, next turn Fisher them up. If you are dead set on one of those 2, then I would chose Restorer 12.5 chance of nothing, means 87.5 chance of same or better than Recycle Sytem. Systems only advantage is shuffles 3 to deck, which doesnt seem as usefull in this deck
