Search your deck for a stadium card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If there is any stadium card in play discard it.
With the attack description of Spacial Rend being unclear to me, is it possible to use spacial rend, when you know you do not have any stadium card left in your deck, to just shuffle your deck?
The contents of your deck are private and as long as it is possible (per the rules) for you to have a card in your deck, you can look for it even if you know it's not in there.
