Hey there Pokegym peoples. Mikael Couch here with a very important question for the senior division.
I haven't played in about two months and my states is saturday. I have one day to prepare and I want to know what is good in the senior division?

Go to the tournaments and organized play forum, and look in the "what won states" thread that's stickied at the top. You'll have a whole list of what won and what's doing well.

If your too lazy to do that:
