OK, so it just came to my mind:
This is just a quick list. Feel free to fix anything you want.
All help will be appreciated!

Pokemon: 19

4-4- Toxicroak MT

2-2- Ariados MT

2-2-2- Crobat MT

1- Skarmory ex PK

Trainers: 27

3- Steven's Advice
2- Copycat
2- Team G's Wager
4- Holon Mentor
4- Celios
2- Castaway
1- Crystal Shard
3- Buffer Piece
2- Str. Charm
2- PlusPower
2- Switch

Energies: 14

4- Multi
7- Psy
1- Grass
2- DRE

Strategy:

Setup op Toxicroak T2, and poison.Try to get a Ariados going to lock it.
Crobat is in for the poke-power, but both Golbat and the attack is also very nice. I don't feel that Rare Candy is such a good play, since Crobat is just for fun.

If your playing Crobat just for the power, why not play a 2-1-2 line, and I think you should use a Pokemon whose attack stops them from retreating, in addition with Ariados.

I would take out the Ariados for either Skarmory ex (to keep with stressed about retreating) or something to garuntee they can't retreat. Then drop the grass energy for another Castaway.

Well, with the addition of Skarmory ex, I think you should ditch the Buffer Pieces, and add 1 more Skarmory, an Absol ex, and 1 more Castaway. JMO.

Might be tough to run another stage 2, but Dragonite EX has Deafen to lock useage of switch and warp point, adding to the stress of poison every turn and damage from retreating, energy retreats are your only option. Might be too much though.
