1. Can I get a lv.X with Celio's?

2. Can I get Cresselia lv.X with a Roseanne's?

I should know this but I'm second guessing myself. Thanks

LvX are Pokemon, so the newer cards have to say get a Pokemon and the cards from sets prior to DP have to say get a "Basic Pokemon or Evolution", which covers everything that existed back then.

Celio's Network says "Basic Pokemon or Evolution card" so it will allow you to get a LvX.

Roseanne's Research only says Basic Pokemon so you cannot get a lvX with it.
