I read the mr mime from team up. It says
Your opponent's Pokémon that have any damage counters on them, and any cards attached to those Pokémon, can't be put into your opponent's hand ..
The " and" part makes me think that, lets say the pokemon didnt have damage counters on it ..they couldn't use scoop up net to put it into there hand right?. Or does it have to have damage on it?
I did see a ruling that the opponent cant return a tool card back to there hand with the Weevile with the tear away about. and same with other cards (energy, evolutions, etc)...correct?
